In addition to operation and display on the touch panel, each PLC control also offers the option of remote monitoring on the customer's PCs. The software provided by us connects to the visualisation software of the touch panel and shows the same display on your PC.
A web-based solution is also available, but no systems are mapped there. This solution only provides access to all relevant level monitoring data.
This user interface for silo controls is used to operate and monitor silos. The fill levels, maximum fill levels and signals are displayed. The necessary silo geometry parameters and information on the respective bulk goods are saved in submenus.
The detailed view shows the silo filling levels and also the limit fill levels (MAX, MIN, MIN/MIN). When measuring with plumbing systems, the time of the last measurement is also displayed.
The name, article number and bulk density of the bulk material can be stored for each silo. The release for filling and avoiding incorrect filling can be managed in a password-protected area.
