Our CR.B2 and CR.B2 series roller-containers are mainly used in plastic injection moulding shops for storing plastic granules. The modular system with numerous accessories and combination options covers almost all common applications. Sizes of 120 l, 210 l, 300 l, 400 l and 500 l are available.
Suitable for emptying standard 25 kg bags. Filling can also take place with a vacuum hopper loader placed on top. For this purpose, we offer a suitable cover with adapter plates for the vacuum hopper loaders of the leading manufacturers of central material feeding systems.
The CR.B2 roller-containers have better ground clearance. That means there is space to discharge the granules into a container provided by the customer. It is also possible, however, to attach two suction boxes below each other at the outlet, which would then provide four suction points. Our suction boxes can be used for total emptying on the underside.
The CR.B3 roll-containers are fitted as standard with an electromechanical cover lock, an integrated level sensor and a red warning light. All components are pre-wired to a 10-pin connector.
For extraction, we offer single-walled or double-walled suction probes in all common pipe diameters and different lengths.
