BIGBAG FILLING

BigBag filling is primarily used for recycling or the compounding of plastics. Regrind or granules are filled into BigBags and weighed on request. We equip our filling stations with suitable connections for vacuum hopper loaders or cyclone separators to ensure their seamless integration into an overall system. For automatic feeding to two or more big bag filling units we offer pipe systems with filling diverter valve that guarantee trouble-free filling without wasting time.

  • Suction or pneumatic pressure conveying possible for feeding
  • Inlet flange: inner dia. 400 mm; LKR 426; 8 x M6
  • Inlet pipe with convenient sack clamp with quick-release clamps for fastening the big bag inlet
  • Four load hooks (RAL1003 signal yellow) for fastening the big bag loops
  • Butterfly valve DN 200 with latchable hand lever for shut-off and dosing
  • MAX detector on the filler pipe + flashing light for overfill protection
  • Steel construction coated in RAL9005 (jet black); RAL1003 (signal yellow)
