BIGBAG EMPTYING UNIT for granules − ∢90° − 70 l / 60 l

This big bag emptying station is only suitable for free-flowing granules. The big bag can be conveniently attached to a forklift or an electric crane.

At 60 or 70 litres, the volume of the container is very small in order to keep the overall height as low as possible. The 70-l container features a suction system on the side (vacuum conveying). The 60-l container is emptied from the bottom.

The large ground clearance is intended for the connection of a suction box or a rotary valve. The discharge capacity of the rotary valve can be approx. 3−6 tonnes/h.

  • Optionally with lifting rack (RAL1003 signal yellow) for forklift operation or electric crane (RAL5009 azure blue) with lifting cross (RAL1003 signal yellow); max. load 2000 kg, hook path 5 m
  • Inlet collar Ø 450 mm
  • Openings closed with a plate:
    2x for the attachment of guide pipes for suction probes
  • Outlet with swivelling arm for total emptying
