The containers of the CR.C1 series are used in the production of plastics as day containers (material storage, buffer containers). The silos are filled either via a vacuum hopper loader or a cyclone separator (for regrind from the mill). We offer adapter plates for the connection of vacuum hopper loaders of leading manufacturers of central material feeding systems.
All containers feature a G1½” screw socket on the roof and in the discharge funnel for the connection of a MAX and MIN detector. We offer these items as accessories.
A filter bag is attached to the top of the container to prevent dust from escaping during the filling process.
The discharge funnel has an opening angle of 90° or 60°. We recommend using the 60° variant for plastic regrind.
The ground clearance of this container is intended for the connection of an ACHBERG suction box with up to four suction points Ø 38 - Ø 76.1 mm. The suction nozzles on our suction boxes feature a suction strainer and air regulation. No suction probes are required!
