BIGBAG EMPTYING UNIT For granules − ∢90 ° − 1000 l

This big bag emptying station is only suitable for free-flowing granules. The big bag can be conveniently attached to a forklift or an electric crane. The 1000-l container is generously dimensioned.

The product can be removed through suction (vacuum conveyance) or pneumatic pressure conveying. Various suction boxes of different sizes and with a varying number of suction points are available for the suction method. There are also three suction points provided on the side of the container. The corresponding suction pipes are available optionally.

For the variant with a DN200 outlet, a connection point for a rotary valve for pneumatic pressure conveying is provided. The conveying capacity is approx. 3–6 tonnes/h. The containers are available in aluminium or stainless steel.

  • Optionally with lifting rack (RAL1003 signal yellow) for forklift operation or electric crane (RAL5009 azure blue) with lifting cross (RAL1003 signal yellow); max. load 2000 kg, hook path 5 m
  • Inlet collar Ø 450 mm
  • Openings closed with a plate:
    3x for the attachment of guide pipes for suction probes
    2x Ø 55 mm (for connection of a screw socket for detectors) 1x Ø 100 mm (for connection of a filter)
  • Inspection hole (450 x 300 mm) with sight glass
  • Outlet DN100 (bore according to PN10)
