BIGBAG EMPTYING UNIT for powder – 350 l

This big bag emptying station was designed for the storage and discharge of powdery bulk goods. The big bag is conveniently attached to an electric crane. The docking device ensures a dust-free connection between the big bag outlet and the container. For poorly flowing bulk materials we use shaking devices, vibration systems or fluidisation to facilitate the discharge.

For the moving parts we can also provide safety equipment on request (protective fence with light curtain). A suitable PLC control with an interface to the higher-level system control can be produced by us.

  • Stable steel construction (RAL9005 jet black)
  • Electric crane (RAL5009 azure blue) with lifting cross (RAL1003 signal yellow); Max. load capacity 2000 kg, hook path 5 m 
  • Container made of stainless steel
  • Docking device for dust-free connection between big bag and container
  • 2x filters for displacement air (without dedusting)
  • Suction pipe with suction filter on the side of the container (option)
  • Opening Ø 55 mm for the connection of a screw socket (closed)
  • Screw socket 1 ½” for detectors, on the side on the cone 
  • Holder plate for attachment of a vibrator
  • Outlet DN200 (bore according to PN10)
