PIPE SYSTEMS

High-quality pipe systems for plastics processing

As a manufacturer of high-quality products for bulk material handling in the plastics industry, we manufacture and stock all industry-standard pipe diameters. This enables us to promptly ship most of our products worldwide. We can also handle the shipping logistics of our system partners and, for example, deliver directly to the construction site to meet the delivery schedule.

Our pipe systems are used for the pneumatic conveying of bulk materials (vacuum or pneumatic pressure conveying). To accommodate different types of use, we stock pipes, bends and pipe fittings made of stainless steel, hardened stainless steel, aluminium and glass. Our coupling stations (diverter tables, coupling tables) are used to distribute the plastic granules. Here, we offer everything from simple, standardised solutions through to complex, large distribution stations. For the safe connection of flexible hose pipes to pipelines we offer three tried-and-tested coupling systems (TWIST, Camlock and Storz). The well-known product portfolio is rounded off by suitable hoses as well as pipe couplings and reducers. Among our best-sellers are the high-quality suction probes with the unique cathedral opening, which are also used with the suction tubes.

Pneumatic vacuum conveying systems use space-saving coupling stations (distribution stations, diverter tables) for the distribution of plastic granules. Recoupling of the hose pipes allows the plastic granules required to be allocated to the processing machine.

Pipes made of aluminium, stainless steel, hardened stainless steel or glass are used, depending on the application. The aluminium pipes, stainless steel pipes, hardened stainless steel pipes and glass pipes are available in all common tube diameters.

Pipe fittings made of stainless steel, hardened stainless steel or glass are mostly used in pneumatic vacuum conveying systems. Depending on the material of the pipe fitting, these are used for distributing the bulk material or the conveying air required.

Our hose variants, which are used as flexible material lines or vacuum lines in central material feeding systems, are basically unique due to their technical features, such as their vacuum and pressure resistance or the temperature range.

Pneumatic vacuum conveying begins when the bulk material enters the material line. What is important here for a safe process is that the ratio of bulk material and conveying air can be optimally adjusted. That is exactly what our suction probes are made for.

Our three coupling systems TWIST, Camlock and Storz ensure a reliable connection between flexible hose pipes and pipelines.

With our extensive collection of bending tools, we manufacture high-quality bends for pneumatic conveying in all common diameters, radii and bending angles.

Pipe couplings are used for the non-positive connection of pipelines. We keep many different variants in stock for different applications.

Reducers are used to connect different pipe cross-sections. Threaded pipes are used to connect fittings (ball valves, socket slide valves ...) or on blowers.

Suction tubes are an economical solution for retrofitting a guide pipe for suction probes on industry-standard plastic containers. They significantly improve handling and at the same time protect the plastic granules from contamination.

Unlike traditional central vacuum systems, several vacuum hopper loaders can be supplied with vacuum at the same time when using a permanent central vacuum system. This enables higher material throughputs and energy cost reductions while increasing system and process stability at the same time.

Our customers for pipe systems

Leading manufacturers of central material feeding systems use our pipe systems. In the plastics processing industry they are used on silos, granulate dryers, gravimetric and volumetric dosing units, coupling tables, (distribution stations, diverter tables) and on conveyor devices (material separators).

Wear

For the conveyance of heavily abrasive bulk materials (such as glass fibre reinforced plastic granules), we offer bends, branch pipes and pipe made of glass or hardened stainless steel. We also have suitable solutions for flexible hose pipes and coupling systems.

Product development

Our development work over the course of more than 20 years has yielded innovations such as our suction probes, suction tubes, user-friendly TWIST couplings, coded coupling tables and others.

Quality and price

Our large-scale production on state-of-the-art machinery ensures consistency and the top-class quality of our products at a very competitive price point.

Custom parts

We can also manufacture bespoke pipe components on the basis of blanket orders and guarantee delivery immediately from the warehouse.

Warehousing and logistics

We are always happy to bear the costs for storage, picking, packing and neutral delivery. This is why an increasing number of manufacturers of material feeding systems commission us with project-related and direct deliveries to construction sites.

We produce all standard components in stock and can therefore realise short-term deliveries. The provision of goods and return of unneeded goods is possible.
